The multi-award-winning team at &Evolve have relocated to larger premises at Warwick Innovation Centre this month, as the employee and culture experts company’s next phase of expansion.
&Evolve are already headquartered in Warwickshire, and with being passionate about using cultures to drive greater productivity and performance, the team understands the challenges that organisations face when looking to improve their culture and performance. This new space will reflect this commitment – creating an environment where people can thrive.
For over a decade, they have translated theories and science into practical applications, providing clients with new and important skills, and they have helped organisations from SMEs to household names – such as BUPA, Chester Zoo, Dunelm, ASDA and TrustFord.
Amrit Sandhar, Founder and CEO of &Evolve has said: “As we help organisations create healthier, more purpose-driven workplaces, it’s important that our own space reflects the same values. Our new office at the Warwick Technology Park, will give us the space to grow while staying true to our expertise, including technology, and our ethos of putting people first.”
In September Lead Occupational Psychologist and Executive Coach, Alii Brown will join the team – adding further expertise to its growing consultancy and they are excited that this and their new move will support the company’s continued growth and enable the team to collaborate better to support its growing client base.
